- Why weekly billing?
- After a layoff, people usually think in weeks of runway, not months. Cancel at period end, or use hardship pause. Your access stays on through the current week or pause window.
- What stays free forever?
- Help Me Now, onboarding into an action plan, cash-flow runway, response checklists, official assistance links, and browsing jobs, gigs, mentors, specialists, and mutual aid stay free. Paid plans add the finish-line tools: cases, vault, applying, connecting, messaging, posting money aid, and household sharing.
- What's the difference between Individual and Household?
- Individual ($13.35/wk) is for one adult who needs finish-line tools. Household ($19.35/wk) includes everything in Individual plus up to 5 adult seats, shared cash-flow & deadlines, private vault invites, a shared member card, mutual-aid priority (8 posts/week), more specialist and escalation slots, dual-adult Help Me Now, household group-buy interest, and a shared value statement. Still cheaper than two Individual plans.
- Are there annual plans?
- Yes. Annual is about 40 weeks prepaid for 52 weeks of access: Individual $534/yr (save $160.20, 23%) and Household $774/yr (save $232.20). Flip the Weekly / Annual toggle above the plan cards. Annual still works with hardship pause and cancel-at-period-end.
- Is WUUUH a lender or benefits agency?
- No. Bridge loans and insurance are applications queued for licensed partners. Assistance matching links to official sources and estimates eligibility. It does not approve benefits.
- Can I gift membership?
- Yes. Every account type can receive a gift. Visit Gift a membership to send Individual or Household to someone who needs the finish-line tools now.
- What happens if I cancel or switch to free?
- On Premium, use Switch to free to cancel at period end. You keep paid access through the current week, then Free triage forever. Hardship pause is available when money is too tight to keep paying.
