The motto is not marketing fluff — it is the bar for how we write product, pricing, and partner copy.

How WUUUH works
1. Tell us what changed — layoff, hours cut, self-employed drop, preparing, or returning to work. You get a ranked action plan with one clear next step.
2. Finish the hard parts — checklists, official assistance links, deadlines, and (on paid plans) cases, vault, mentors, messaging, and mutual-aid posting.
3. Protect household runway — cash-flow math from numbers you enter, renewal alerts, and cancel/negotiate drafts you approve before anything sends.
Help Me Now is the fast path when you are overwhelmed: one urgent question → the most relevant next surface.
Free vs paid philosophy
Free stays useful forever for triage and browsing: Help Me Now, onboarding, cash-flow runway, response checklists, official links, and browsing jobs, gigs, mentors, specialists, and mutual aid.
Individual ($13.35/wk) unlocks finish-line tools for one adult: cases, vault, applications, DMs, mentors, mutual-aid posting, and specialist booking.
Household ($19.35/wk) includes everything in Individual for up to five adults, plus shared cash-flow & deadlines, private vault invites, a shared member card, mutual-aid priority and higher limits, more specialist and escalation slots, dual-adult Help Me Now, household group-buy interest, and a shared value statement.
You can switch between Free and paid anytime from Premium. Cancel at period end or use hardship pause when money is too tight.
Mutual aid & community
The mutual-aid request list is public so people can see real community asks. Opening a request, offering help, or posting your own needs sign-in. Contact details stay inside the product.
Jobs, forum, mentors, and the toolkit sit next to household tools — still the union hall for people between jobs.
Partners & sponsors
Stores, employers, mentors, and benefit partners can publish discounts or fund seats. Member redemption uses a digital membership card (codes look like WUH-XXXXXXXX).
Bridge loans and insurance are live application queues for licensed partners. WUUUH does not lend, underwrite, or issue policies.
What we are not
Not a lender, bank, or benefits agency. We do not approve unemployment, SNAP, or any government benefit.
Not a substitute for licensed legal, tax, or financial advice. Specialist bookings are handoffs to partners — not advice from WUUUH.
Not a hustle feed. We do not invent partner deals or claim savings we cannot attribute.
Trust & privacy
You enter the numbers that drive runway math — no forced bank login to get value. Document vault storage is for papers you will need again; private docs stay private unless you explicitly grant access on Household.
Cancel and hardship pause are self-serve on paid plans. Gift membership is available so someone else can cover finish-line tools when you cannot.
